Disapointed
I booked the room through Orbitz, where the pictures of the residence were supposedly displayed. Upon my arrival, I was shocked at the state of the residence, especially the amenities and room comfort and cleanliness. We complained several times until the staff got us into a different hotel. It took 3 hours of complaints to finally get a decent room, but the staff was very helpful and understanding. My main complaint is that the pictures displayed in the website did not reflect at all the reality.

Trattasi di appartamenti con angolo
Trattasi di appartamenti con angolo cottura (Sol y Mar II). Consigliato ad una clientela giovane. Ben posizionato rispetto al Porto di Ibiza (10 min. in scooter) e a Playa d'en Bossa. Pulizia impeccabile. personale molto disponibile e simpatico. Rapporto qualità prezzo: OTTIMO.
