Located on the wide sandy beach bay of Cala Tarida, this magnificent and spacious four-star family club is made up of ground-floor and two-storey studios that sit amid lush gardens. Small bars and restaurants dot the area around the hotel, which is only 7 km from San Jose and about 10 km from San Antonio. Also nearby are the airport and the golf course, which are just 20 km and 25 km away, respectively. Boasting the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute's "Q" for Quality and the ISO 9001,ISO 14001 International Environmental Management standard. SERVICES AND FACILITIES With a holiday vilage atmosphere and a spacious and open feel, this hotel features countless services, including a reception area, Wi-Fi Internet connection and Internet access in the reception area, bars, snack bar, lounge bar with entertainment, supermarket, launderette, medical centre, beauty salon offering facial and body massages and beauty treatments during the high season, an outdoor whirlpool , 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 for children and 1 for babies, sundecks with sun beds, parasols, and a towel service (with deposit) SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES The complex's unbeatable seafront location on Cala Tarida Beach makes this the ideal place to enjoy a wide range of water sports. Thus, equipment for windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing and pedal boating is available as of June (special qualifications may be required for certain activities). What's more, the Club itself has its own diving centre, which offers PADI scuba diving courses (extra charge). In addition, Club guests can enjoy the following sports free of charge: mountain biking, water polo, volleyball, archery, carbine shooting, aerobics, stretching, table tennis and sports tournaments. ENTERTAINMENT The "INSOTEL TEAM" offers a very complete programme, both day and night for guests of all ages, including Latin dance lessons, Spanish classes, sports activities, shows, competitions and much more. CHILDREN To make sure that the little ones enjoy an unforgettable holiday, the Club has 2 swimming pools for children and 1 for infants, as well as recreation and game rooms, pizza party, a playground with swings and an entertainment schedule with a wide variety of activities and games led by a great team of professionals and accompanied by our mascot INSI. Our Main Restaurant has a special mini-buffet for children and a microwave.

Comfortable studios furnished with 2 beds and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, fan, kitchenette, fridge, full bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV with music channel, telephone, safe (extra charge) and balcony. Adjoining studios are also available.
Superior Sea View Studio
In addition to all the furnishings and services of the studios, these units are located in a privileged area of the complex and offer views of the Mediterranean. Upon arrival, guests receive our Insotel Welcome Pack, which is made up of a selection of drinks, a fruit basket and "cava". Children between the ages of 4 and 11 receive the Insi Surprise Pack. These studios also feature exclusive services including late checkout until 15:00 (On request and subjet to the availability), coffee and tea facilities, Wi-Fi Internet connection (extra charge), a selection of hospitality products, bathrobes, slippers and an evening bed-turning service, as well as our free Insotel Baby Service (with advance reservation), which in turn includes prams, baby alarms, bottle warmers, nappy bins and high chairs for the room.

This magnificent four-star Family Club is situated in the quiet bay of Cala Tarida, and the beautiful sandy beach is only a few steps away. In the area you will find small bars and restaurants. San Jose and San Antonio are approximately 7 and 10 km away respectively (there is a regular bus service available). The airport is 20 km away and the golf course, 25 km.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at

Overall very bad. Rooms are very small with very poor amenities and housekeeping. The hotel was fully full and there aren't enough chaises longues at the pool, or chairs at the bars. The reception team is extremely rude (they hung up the phone at us when we requested a paid late check out). The only good thing about this hotel is its restaurant and bar where food/drinks are good and where the staff is service oriented. Still, this is not enough to make for a good vacation. Don't ever book for a full week as you will not get refunded if you want to leave earlier!

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

Best place to rent a boat is "Star Boats" which is next to the Hawai hotel at San Antoni.
