Saray Hotel Granada

We were staying in Granada for one night and this hotel was the best value for the money. It is very nicely decorated and staff is helpful. Hotel room was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The pool area was beautiful with fountains and great after a hot day at the Alhambra. The only drawback is that it is not too close to the center of town; however, it is one block from the bus line and the taxi stand.

Very nice and clean hotel. In just a 20 min walk you are in the city centre (Cathedral), but you can take a bus too. Receptionists are very kind: they changed our room when we asked for a double bed instead of two single. Swimming pool is good, altohugh the bar there is everything but nice: expensive and warm beer. Parking is somehow expensive too (16,5€/day). Apart from this, I definetly would recommend this hotel for a brief vacation in Granada

Stayed here due to its location and its pool which I never used, my fault. Pool was fine though if you were a lap swimmer you would have to make your own path between 10 to 20 kids who might be in the way. Service was good save for one crabbie lady behind the check in/out desk. Room was pleasant though prices for drinks in the 'fridge were very high, the highest I have seen in Spain, 4.50 Euros for a can of Heineken for example. WI-FI worked well and was free but to use the hotels so called business center computer was a whopping 1.50 for :30 minutes and 3.00 Euros for an hour. Room was comfortable, there were many pillows which we ended up putting on chairs and just using one. It's about an 8 Euro taxi ride from /to bus and train stations, there is a river and park about 20 minutes from the front door.

The hotel facilities were great. The atmosphere was charming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Saray Hotel is located in the city center and is close to many restaurants, bars, and a 7 euro cab ride to the Al Hambra.

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights at the beautiful Saray Hotel, while visiting our 23 year-old daughter in Granada. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and immaculate. The breakfast meals, included, were delicious. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked great, just as it does in the photo. Most of all the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English well. You never know what a hotel is really like from its website, and we were extremely happy with our choice. We would stay there again and again.

The hotel was properly reflecting the photos on the net. Newly built, nice and fancy decoration, exclusive rooms. However we received a room that was near the entrace on the ground floor therefore could not sleep during night. Also the location is not as close to the centre as one would expect, but still a good 20-30 min walk you can get anywhere. Eventhough hey had the newest built in technology with LCD tv and all the services you can imagine: music, net, video etc, everything is charged at a decent price.

staff were friendly, check in was simple and the hotel facilities were great: pool area was perfect after a day in the sunshine. room was clean, comfortable and quiet. it's a bit of walk into the city centre but there's loads of regular buses from the congress centre (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel). taxi to the Alhambra was easily arranged and not expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Saray. The hotel is well situated close to the Palace of Congress and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The rooms were both clean, contemporary and comfortable but, although we had requested a non smoking room, our room smelt of stale smoke. Breakfast was very good indeed but did cost extra but we made the most of it! There is parking at the hotel but unfortunately it isn't included in the cost. Air conditioning wasn't working during our stay and so the room was rather warm! We would stay here again.

Très bel hôtel pas vraiment au centre. sinon il y a les jambes et les taxis! personnel très helpfull. Tranquilité et confort.
