Built in 1995 along a main road, the hotel was completely renovated in 2003 and comprises a total of 3 floors and two buildings. Guests may make use of the spacious foyer with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hours reception. In addition there is a TV room and cozy bar. Also there is a car park (for an additional fee).
The hotel also offers bar, concierge, conference facilities, doctor on call, dry cleaning services, wireless Internet, laundry service, non smoking rooms, restaurant, room service and pool. And the room amenities such as A/C, alarm clock, cable/ satellite TV, color TV, ensuite/ private bathroom, heating, in-room safe. NOTE: There's a compulsory gala New Years Eve dinner.

This hotel was a lovely surprise.
This hotel was a lovely surprise. The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location - whilst not right in the centre of Granda it is a nice 15 minute walk past some lovely historical buildings and nice bars.

lo primero que tengo que decir
lo primero que tengo que decir es que el hotel estaba cerrado por reforma y nos alojaron en el hotel luna de granada de 4 estrellas. La nevera del minibar no funcinaba, la puerta de un mueble estaba rota y la televisión se veía fatal, Di´aviso de todo ello y lo único que arreglaron fue la puerta. El secador de pelo funcionaba continuamente y tuvimos que hacer un "apaño " para que dejara de funcionar cuando no se utilizaba. Esto ya ni lo dije, total para qué.
