[...] Thankfully, the staff was wonderful and very very understanding.The room was very very nice (very American for a European hotel). The staff was marvelous! They were all English speaking and spoke clear Spanish. It is located on a nice dining street in the center of town, just minutes away from the main sites. The area was quiet. The included breakfast was wonderful. For the actual hotel, I have no complaints. [...]

Lo mejor del hotel la localizacin
Lo mejor del hotel la localizacin si eso es lo que se busca aunque las habitaciones que dan a la calle Navas al ser zona de ocio de Granada son muy ruidosas por la noche y a primeras horas de la madrugada. Falta insonorizacin en esas habitaciones. El hotel necesita una reforma pues las habitaciones son muy justitas aunque estaba todo muy limpio. La baera no tiene cortina sino mampara de cristal y eso es de agradecer. El personal muy atento.

Hotel très bien situé à un prix très correct ! Si possible demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la calle navas mais sur la petite de derrière, très calme. Bonne literie mais mauvaise isolation. Petit-déjeuner correct, sans plus.

空港からのバス停にもそれほど遠くなく，ロケーションはよいと思う。フロントの英語による受け答えも問題なかった。このクラスのホテルでは無理もないが，各階にアイスサーバーのようなものはなく，氷を手に入れるのに，英語の通じないレストランの女性とのコミュニケーションに時間がかかった。ちなみに氷はスペイン語では「イエロ」というらしい。彼女から教えてもらった。

Superlage! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das Parkhaus ist ca. 100 m entfernt!

l'hotel è situato in ottima posizione,
l'hotel è situato in ottima posizione, vicino al centro e ai principali monumenti della città. ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale. dall'ultimo piano, in verità un pò caldo, vista su parte della lahambra.
