great location

nice lobby, but the rooms were not as fancy as the lobby! Hotel is in a quiet location off the main road- but close to the cathedral, Alhambra, and albycin (or however you spell it). we had a nice little balcony. As in many hotels in Spain it seems, it's difficult to get rooms with one large bed instead of two smaller beds shoved together. Not idea for a couple, but not a big deal.

Great Location

Don't try to drive here, in the old restricted part of town. Room can be loud but dies down around 1am and with windows shut, not that bad.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

Ask the front desk to make a Flamenco reservation at Zambra Maria la Canastera. It was their recommendation and it was outstanding.

Very good value at great location.

A bit difficult to find if you have rental car but hotel directions were good. Problem is related to street signs ( lack of them). Excellent location very close to the Alhambra and a lot of restaurants. Staff was very nice, especially Elisa. Restaurant next to it was very good with good early hours. Away from busy area so room was very quiet. Room was nice and functional. Only problem was shower door did not close properly so water leaked out to floor. Would stay there again.
