- The hotel is located near to the Cathedral and Royal Chappel 500 mtrs and 5 minutes by car to the Alhambra and Generalife. DRIVING INSTRUCTION From Jaen, Malaga, Cordoba and Airport: Follow the signs to Granada. Take highway "Circunvalacion" A-44. Take the exit number 131 "Palacio de Congresos".Follow the green signs to the town centre "centro". Pass by the Congress Palace, cross the river and the hotel is just at 100 metres on the right hand side.

Very helpful and friendly rece
Very helpful and friendly receptionists. The two ladies gave us clear directions to get to places of interests and recommended good places to eat. Service with a smile which is in contrast to some hotels we have stayed.

It was in the heart of Granada but...
The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The air conditioning wasn't turned on for the summer season even though it was 85 degrees. I asked for a fan but they didn't have any. The front desk management said to open my window...didn't working, sun blaring in then when the sun went down it was loud. Also when the windows were open, bugs would come in. Not very accomodating. I had already planned to stay there 2 nights and had two rooms so some type of compensation would have been great on the hotels part.

Great Price - Ideal Location
The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The front desk staff were able to speak English and were very responsive to our needs. The airport bus stop as well as city bus stop is right in front of the hotel - very convenient! Great location near to shopping, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and Catholic Church. Although they did not have our Orbitz reservation in their system when we arrived to check-in, they were able give us a room without a hassle. It was very helpful that I brought a paper copy of my Orbitz reservation!

If you plan to stay a couple of days and use the public bus, I recommend you buy the 10 euro CrediBus pass that is good for 16 bus rides. A single bus ticket/ride is 1.20 euro.
