Very helpful, friendly staff...spotlessly clean hotel...comfortable spacious rooms...lovely breakfasts with plenty of choice...fabulous views of the city from the room and the bar terrace.
Do have a nightcap on the terrace while you take in the
views of the shimmering city.
This hotel would be 5 stars if it had a pool and spa but with a city like Granada there is so much to see.
Great hotel, great location, spotlessly clean and really good breakfast selection.
Easy downhill walk into the city centre, by the way Granada is a fantastic city, but get the C3 bus back which runs every 10 minutes from the city centre and stops
right outside the hotel.
You must have a nightcap on the terrace which has fabulous views across the whole city.

Use buses they are so easy and seem to run non stop till around 11pm
The hotel was really beautiful in a fantastic location ,close to Allhambra Palace and short walk down hill to city centre.Staff were so helpful on our arrival as we had lost our luggage.Found our bedroom had french windows opening out into
patio.with amazing views over city.Fantastic breakfasts too.Would love to visit again.
This hotel is perched right next to the Alhambra, affording a fantastic view of Granada. In addition it is a great hotel, with a very friendly and helpful staff and having a terrific restaurant. At night the lights of Granada which we could view
both from our room and the dining room are exquisite.
The common areas of the hotel were beautiful. The view from the bar area was breathtaking. The hotel is in an excellent location. The bathroom in my room had a strange odor. I noticed there was some dirt in my bathtub. The last day after I
showered, I heard running water. When I went in the bathroom, water was coming out of a vent into my shower from the room upstairs. The occupants above me were taking a shower, and their dirty water, and dirt from the vent were coming into my shower. I notified the front desk, however I don't know if it was rectified since I checked out that day.

Short walk from hotel
This hotel is very close to the Alhambra. It was easy to walk from the hotel to the Alhambra and into the main square in town.
The room is clean, the hotel staff is friendly, but the pictures on the internet drive your expectation way ahead, like if you were staying at a palace, but that`s not the truth. It`s an average 4 stars hotel.. It`s a very nice arabic style hotel,
anyone can go to the main room to profit from this style and have a wine, beer or tea. Even though it`s a walking distance from downtown, there is a very steep street to reach the hotel, making you dependant on taxis...
Just down street from Alhambra. Overlooks city. Great service, Great Breakfast. Rooms have great view, but hotel is pretty old but in good condition. Overall, not inexpensive, two twins are pushed together for a double. Not premium beds. Next
time I'd probably take a cab up to the Alhambra and find a first class hotel for less in town.
