Not so great

We booked this hotel [...] with a "sea view". We got there and were given a room on the 1st floor. When we got to our room, we went to the balcony to find a palm tree in our face. We went back to reception the next morning and they ended up getting us a better room, which costs more of course. We then went to go on our first adventure, so we put our valuables in the safe and tried to lock it. Nope. Had to go back to reception to pay for the key to lock it by the day. That same night, we decided to buy internet so we could see what was available in the local area to go see. We paid for the internet, which did not work in our room, our hallway, our floor, or any other floor for that matter. We had to go sit in the lobby to use the internet that we paid for. Other than all that, the trip was ok, but not worth the money we paid. Other things to take into consideration when booking this hotel: no iron in the rooms, no smoking on the balcony's, the dinner is ridiculously over-priced, the maids WILL clean your room even when you direct them not too, the A/C barely works at all, and the beds are hard as rocks. Good luck getting a "free sunbed" anywhere close to the pool. You may be able to find one wihtout someone's slip in it, out about 200 yards in the middle of nowhere. (Most of which remained empty the entire stay) We chose this hotel because it said it was adults only and it was a good place to relax. Unless you're 50+, you will be stared at like you don't belong...because you really don't. We felt like we were in a retirement home.
