Like a lot of city centre hotels
Like a lot of city centre hotels the Carlemany was difficult to find by car ( due to one-way system ). Parking unerneath the hotel was expensive. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. We were sharing dishes ( to get a broad range of gastronomic experience ) and in each case the portion was halved and presented on separate plates. We appreciated this as usually the portion comes on one plate and an extra empty plate is provided for us to do the dividing ourselves.
