Good quality relaxation

The hotel layout was superb, with large, comfortable rooms and two of the pools heated. As we travelled before the summer season, the hotel was also pleasantly under occupied. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, after our studying the Internet reviews which tended to put it down. Maybe the hotel management has learnt from previous feedback. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Definitely a plus. Room for improvement around servicing the rooms. The cleaning work left much to be desired (e.g. the mirror in the bathroom was never cleaned) and replenishing the soaps was entirely random - generally this did not occur.
