Fuerteventura luxury hotel on the Barca Beach’s upper reaches

The Melia Gorriones Hotel Fuerteventura is located in the south of the beautiful island of Fuerteventura, one of the most unspoiled islands in the Canary chain. The area is a protected environment offering a tranquil setting. A range of restaurants and bars includes the Oasis snack bar with a terrace that overlooks a tropical pool, the Los Gorriones restaurant serving hot and cold meals, and the Gabi Club Bar with its terrace and Balinese beds. In the evening, the Fun Pub has live music and professional shows. Plenty of sports are on offer, from tennis to windsurfing.

The hotel has 418 spacious rooms, most of which have a terrace with a sea view. In addition, there is the Casas del Mar, which are four independent blocks located in the middle of the hotel gardens with direct access to the Sotavento beach. Opened in 2000, they offer 144 deluxe rooms with terraces with panoramic views of the sea, a fully equipped bathroom, and a separate bedroom and living room. The living room has a bar as well as a fridge and microwave oven. The Level Rooms have spacious double rooms located on the upper floors of the hotel and with magnificent sea views. The Level Master Suites are spacious suites that offer a private whirlpool bath on the outdoor terrace or in the room, teak sunbeds, and fantastic views of the Playa Barca Beach. They also have a kitchen and DVD and music players. Some of the best rooms in the hotel are the Sotavento Beach View Rooms, which have views of the Playa Sotavento Beach and the Jandia Natural Park. These rooms are located in the sunniest corner of the hotel and also feature large balconies.

alles bestens, einzig dass W-LAN kostenpflichtig ist, erscheint mir nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
