All-inclusive hotel between the beach and an 18-hole golf course
The Elba Sara hotel is located between an 18-hole golf course and the beach. Its unique architectural style harmonizes beautifully with its natural surroundings, creating an ideal vacation spot for either families or couples. The hotel proper lies in the Fuerteventura Golf Club Development in the town of Antigua, not far from Puerto del Rosario. There is no doubt that the hotel
There is no doubt that the hotel is lovely and in a great location, however our visit and our holiday was spoiled by a very rude male member of staff on our arrival at the check in desk. When we arrived he could not find our booking and was very unhelpful and downright rude. One hour later when he eventually tracked down the said booking, he started quibbling about the price. His name was William. He made no apology whatsoever even after he was in the wrong. I also witnessed him being quite gruff with other guests.I will not be going to Elba Sara Hotel again.

Mixed Bag
Location: nice setting on beach and near Hypermarket with one good Bar/Restaurant on beach, but 25 mins walk to most Restaurants and town; also on flight path to nearby airport. Meal plan: mainly caters for Fully-inclusive guests. Bar staff did not handle drinks charged to room very well and some wanted to serve fully-inclusive guests first because it was easier for them. Breakfasts were good and Egg-Chefs deserve a special mention. Accommodation: Room and balcony view good; pools good; pool area too small for hotel when fully booked. Staff: Bar staff either good or V bad; Reception staff helpful; cleaners good. Management responded to criticism, Daytime Activities staff freindly and enthusiastic

Une étoile de trop....
Un très bon accueil et un personnelle souriant. Toutefois, 3 jours pour obtenir un cendrier et pas d'accès internet dans les chambres. Les avions passent juste au dessus de l'hôtel pour atterrire et le mobilier est pas très moderne, les lits sont durs et les canapés aussi. Parfait pour les personnes qui souhaite rester à l'hôtel lors de leur séjour et ne pas visiter l'île. Un hôtel visant principalement les all inclusive, pour exemple après avoir commander 2 verres, le bar de l'hôtel n'avait pas la monnaie sur 20 euro, prétextant pas de caisse. A mon gôut y'a une étoile de trop, heureusement que le personnel est très sympa....
