Hotel with a pleasant service, located in the centre of Lloret de Mar, in a peaceful area, 350 meters from the beach. The 163 rooms - 20 rooms are family rooms - are equipped with a complete bathroom with hair-dryer, satellite-TV, central heating, balcony or terrace with furniture, telephone, air conditioning and safe (optional). The hotel has lifts, TV and reading rooms, restaurant (buffet style meals with SHOW COOKING), Bar-café and an inviting sun terrace with a swimming pool. Private parking (limited places- local charge). Entertaining games. Live music several times a week. During the school holidays MINI CLUB for the children. For the departure day the hotel offers a luggage room, courtesy room and showers. The kindness of the staff contributes to make holidays an especially nice experience.

I would definitly stay in this

I would definitly stay in this hotel again if I had to return to LLoret de Mar. The staff were very nice, the room was huge and clean. The food was good too.

la seule chose qua j'aurai à dire

la seule chose qua j'aurai à dire concerne les femmes de ménages qui passent chaques matins... lorsque l'on est absents c'est bien, mais quand on dort encore elles persistent... il faudrait demander au début du séjour combien de fois dans le séjour et quand elles pourraient passer. c'est une suggestion. sinon je n'ai rien à critiquer, très bon séjour passé à cet hôtel.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel aqua bertran pour sa propreté, son confort. Le personnel est aimable et la cuisine de bonne qualité. Seul inconvénient : la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres et par conséquent beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

sehr freundliches Personal, ideale

Hôtel très bruyant, aucune ins

Hôtel très bruyant, aucune insonorisation, ne comptez pas vous reposer. Pour ceux qui voudraient quand même tenter l'aventure, prévoyez un budget parking assez conséquent, n'espérez même pas pouvoir vous garer dans la rue, même en hors saison. Emplacement pratique par rapport aux nombreuses animations de la ville, mais difficile à trouver car dans une impasse. Service accueillant et propreté très satisfaisante.
