A truly impressive and luxurious hotel which is ideal for those who wish to travel to Jerez but relax in the tranquil surroundings of Montecastillo (apart from when the motorcycle grand prix takes place in March/April!). Business centre is also available for company meetings and conferences. Other facilities include spa facilities, an 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and football training facilities, recently used by Real Madrid Football Club in one of their recent pre season training. DU 06/07 Not directly visible from the entrance leading up to the hotel, it boasts an impressively, large, modern facade made of sand coloured brick and a medium size foyer with ample parking space. Situated just 10 minutes from the city centre of Jerez and 20 minutes from Jerez Airport. It boasts a great location for motor sport fans being right next to the "Circuito de Jerez" (Grand Prix circuit of Jerez), just off the A4 motorway which runs from Seville to Cadiz and approximately 20 kilometres from the white, sandy beaches of Costa de La Luz. Arcos de la Frontera is 18 kilometres away.

- There are two restaurants in all; "El Lagar", located in the main hotel, offers the finest traditional Andalusian cuisine with the most select products from the region as well as a wide variety of international dishes. Only fresh, local products selected daily are served here. For a more informal meal, "Bar de Castillo" is recommended, where you can savour typical 'tapas' as well as diverse dishes off the menu - all amid a genuinely Andalusian atmosphere.
