Great location, excellent hotel, good price
This is a very comfortable, stylish hotel in the European style. An easy 9-10 block walk to the Guggenheim and even closer to the Museam of Fine Arts. This is the place to stay if you like to walk around an explore a new city. With one exception, the staff was outstanding, and extremely helpful. Hard to find, if you don't have a good map or GPS, which we did not. We drove in blind, more or less, and depended on the kindness of strangers to give us directions. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Bilbao.

Pleasant Stay
I spent 3 nights at the Indautxu on a business trip. The hotel is located centrally in Bilbao and as the town is not very large you can easily walk to most interesting sites such as the Guggenheim, Old Town etc. from the hotel. There is also a Taxi stand right outside the hotel which is very convenient. Reception and staff were a little cold and not proficient in English but were able to provide directions and other help well enough. Room reached via a walkway through the central terrace and then elevators. The rooms in this part of the hotel were not renovated, not much of a view and older dark furniture, and stained carpets, AC not working; but to make up for that very large room, bathroom and huge comfortable bed. Besides the stained carpet everything was very clean. Overall I think it was a good value for the rate I paid ($85/night) and I recommend this hotel.

Smooth as Silk
This hotel is terrific. The room was extremely comfortable. The location was close to the major sites as well as public transport. The staff is very courteous. Good value for the cost. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would stay there again without a second thought.

Great location for touring
Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations of things to see and where to dine. Rooms were neat and clean, liked the large, marble bathrooms. Bed linens and towels excellent.

ottimo hotel pulitissimo . La
ottimo hotel pulitissimo . La posizione è buona anche se non è centralissima, dal Guggenheim museum circa 1.3 km dal centro storico di Bilbao 1.8 km . La colazione buona ed abbondante, mi sento di consigliare anche il ristorante ( un po' caro rispetto ad altri posti) ma la cucina è buona . E' quasi obbligatorio prendere il garage perchè fuori solo strisce blu e quelle libere sono poche, il prezzo di 15 euro al giorno è nella media spagnola .

ホテルはロビーがとてもゆったりしている。レンタカーで行ったが
ホテルはロビーがとてもゆったりしている。レンタカーで行ったが、一方通行が多く、ホテルの駐車場に行くのにとても苦労した。グッゲンハイム美術館は歩いても行けるが、バルが立ち並ぶ旧市街は歩いて行くにはちょっと遠い。地下鉄駅は徒歩5分ほどで便利。
