The rooms on the second floor
The rooms on the second floor were clean, spacious and light. However, there was some noise from the reception upstairs between 7am and 11pm, so you better avoid rooms 206-213.

Overlooking Bilbao
Bilbao is a lively, beautiful, somewhat old-fashioned city with the stunning attraction of the Guggenheim to make it a must-visit. The hotel is the super-modern style one expects of Barcelo, well-executed and with good services. The old town at the bottom on the hill is a great attraction.

You have to pay 8 Euro per visit
You have to pay 8 Euro per visit of the fitness club on the Ground floor. Internet is free. Once you know how to go to the metro, it is a good choice to stay in this hotel.

Le vis-à-vis sur un immeuble de l'autre côté de la rue n'est pas terrible. Des mouchoirs en papier dans la salle de bains ne seraient pas de trop. Cependant accès Internet facile et gratuit, et minibar à prix doux dans la chambre ont été un "plus". Calme et prix très abordable.Hôtel à recommander

1 inconvnient constat : le SPA
1 inconvnient constat : le SPA n'est pas autoris pour les moins de 16 ans ce qui ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter car notre fille cadette a 12 ans

tres bon hotel mais pas d explication
tres bon hotel mais pas d explication en francais sur l utilisation du spa et personel ne parle pas francais sauf une jeune le matin dommage hotel 4 etoiles quand meme et pas cher pour le le confort et look j y retourneres sans hesitations
