Disappointed
Shuttle did not pick up at designated location at Terminal 2. Found out after an hour wait for shuttle. Room was hot(no a/c) and windows could not be opened because of major highway next to hotel.

Too Warm to stay
The AC in the room was very ineffective. Called for assistance and they indicated that there was a set point for cooling and the only control available was plus or minus one degree from set point. Had to open the window and main door and hall window to get a cross breeze that made it bareable to stay in the room. The dining area was very comfortable and was air conditioned. Food was very good but the neighbor hood was less than appealing. Staff was somewhat helpful and was very good with the check in.

Chambres mal insonorisées, difficile de dormir le long de la rocade ! Si l'autre côté est accessible, à demander à la réservation si possible et là l'hôtel sera très bien..

キャンセルできない条件で２名朝食付き１２０００円で宿泊しました。 結果、１２０００円なら良かったと思います。 高速道路の騒音も思っていたほどひどくは無かったし、普通の人なら問題無いレベルだと思います。 空港のシャトルバスの発着所は他のホテルのシャトルバスと同じ場所で、わかりにくいかもしれませんが、空港インフォメーションで尋ねると教えてくれます。 朝食も団体旅行のレベルはクリアしています。 日本人団体のお客さんが大勢泊まっていました。 私達は夜に到着し、翌朝空港でレンタカーを借りるためにこのホテ に泊まりました。シャトルバスも往復使えたしお徳だったと思います。水周りも特に問題無いし、本当に「寝るためだけ」と割り切れば良いホテルだと思います。 ただ、ホテルの規模の割りに窓口スタッフが２名しかいないので、特にチェックインはかなり待たされました。
