- Next to the University of Barcelona's Mundet campus, just behind the Velodromo of Horta and 50 metres from the Paseo del Valle de Hebron-Ronda de Dalt. It has excellent public transport connections with all the citys universities: by metro (line 3) or bus (routes 10,27,73,60). The city centre is only 20 minutes away by metro. It is surrounded by parks and sports facilities. Easy access to all faculties and collages, well connected with all culture and leisure spots.

Great service. About 25 minute metro ride from the city center. Significantly cheaper. Not too quiet at night, but well worth the price. ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN. marble floors. fancy bathrooms. A+++++++!!!!!

The Residence is 3-5 mins walk to the subway station- Mundet. It takes 20 mins to downtown-Plaza Calalunya by Metro, quite convenient. The room is clean and very quiet. The location is safe for a girl like me traveling alone. Breakfast is very good, lots of choices. Strongly recommend this Residence if you have tight buget!

Nice location next to the olympic
Nice location next to the olympic velodrome where Chris Boardman won gold. Good breakfasts. We stayed in a superior twin room which had a TV but no drink making facilities, although vending machines were nearby. We slept well with no disturbances.

Nice hotel with reasonable price.
Nice hotel with reasonable price. Cleaning every 3 days. Free internet in ground floor (but slow). Breakfest OK. No special facilities - this is student hostel. Very quiet. Ten minutes to metro which go 15 minutes to the center.

Great to be able to park your car right outside in a Hotel in Barcelona. Good location, close to public transportation. Breakfast was reasonable. At times though i didn't enjoy being surrounded by drunk and disorderly university students, it created a strange atmosphere.

This place was perfect for us
This place was perfect for us as we were in a car. It is in a nice area just outside the city but 5 mins walk from the Metro Station. There is ample free street parking and the rooms are exceptionally clean. It is mainly student accommodation and has that feel to it. The breakfasts are good and the staff are helpful.

パソコンやプリンターにいろんな設備は整っているし、スペインにしては英語をしっかり話せるレセプションの女の子がいろいろ滞在中ご迷惑をかけましたがとても親切で助かりました。 朝食もそこいらのホテルに行くより、立派な品ぞろえで大満足！ ただ残念なのは、ドライヤーの貸出が無かったこととTVがまったく映らない。広さを求めてツインにしたけど、あまり意味はありませんでした。 駅からは徒歩５分ほど、だけど行きはかなりの傾斜の上りなので、スーツケースを持って行くのは疲れました。 でも、また是非行きたいと思います。

Prix excessif en haute saison,
Prix excessif en haute saison, compte-tenu de la fréquentation par des tours-operators, avec population d'adolescents indisciplinés, bruit de voisinage, attente trop longue (accueil, salle à manger), etc. Service moyen, Personnel souvent dépassé par l'afflux de voyageurs, menus et plats proposés ne sont pas variés. Propreté et équipements satisfaisants et conformes au standard international, mais place limitée dans le salon, le living, la salle de télévision, la terrasse. Emplacement loin du du centre ville, avec beaucoup de commodités à proximité, restaurant, transport public, parkings, accès en voiture, jardin public, lieux de promenade, etc. En résumé, cet hotel n'est pas recommandable en haute saison, entre le 25/07 et le 25/08 ; de mon premier séjour, fin août, j'avais gardé un excellent souvenir et ma précédente évaluation était beaucoup plus positive, d'où ce deuxième séjour.
