Lugaris Sea The Home Concept is situated less than 200 metres from Bogatell Beach in the Sant Marti district of Barcelona. The Lugaris Sea Apartments feature contemporary design and have full-equipped kitchens and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment also has a seating area, flat-screen TV and washing machine. The apartments are around 600 metres from Poblenou Metro Station and a few minutes' walk from Poblenou Park. Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas can be reached in around 20 minutes, by Metro and Sants Train Station is a 35-minute journey away. Guests should inform the property in advance of their expected time of arrival. Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time, or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 01:00. Check-ins from 20:00 to 00:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 30. Check-ins between 00:00 and 08:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 80. Check-out: the maximum time for check-out is 11:00. On leaving the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our box office located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the 200 deposit paid by credit card will not be returned. Please note that the swimming pool costs EUR 5 per person per day.
