Accueil trs agrable malgr l'heure
Accueil trs agrable malgr l'heure tardive et le lendemain matin j'ai eu l'agrable surprise de me voir livrer dans la chambre un gateau et une bouteille de champagne sans avoir rien demand. La rceptioniste avait juste saisit les info de mon passeport et fait suivre l'information. Le service au client c'est un vrai bonheur et tout le mode en parle mais si peu le font. Bravo aux équipes du Princesa Sofia
