The room was supposed to be ready at 14.00, as stated in the booking details; but it was ready half hour later and we had to wait in the lobby.

I just stayed one day at the hotel. Staff were kind. When I arrived there they had an air conditioner issue, thus it was very hot inside. Other than that, good enough.

good location
it's near a metro line and airport bus stop but quite a walk, about 1.5miles from las ramblas. if you want experience real night life in bcn then it may not be the place for you but if you just want to do the touristy stuff then it's a great place for you. also a fridge or wifi access in your room would be nice.

Hotel del Comte clean and comfortable
This modest but very well kept hotel was perfectly located for the airport transportation by bus and the Urgell subway stop. The front desk was friendly, helpful and made good suggestions. The subway stop provided good access to tourist locations and explorations of the Gaudi sites.

Great location, walking distance 10 mins from town centre & friendly, helpful staff. What else could one ask for on a city break. Furthermore, metro station is very close to Hotel & the airport transfer bus (if you are using one) stops quite close to hotel.

Dont call ahead for a taxi it cost us double to go to the airport (40 euros instead of 20) because we called to reserbe a cab rather than hail one on the curb of our hotel.

Very nice and comfortable
Stayed at the hotel for two nights. It's only one block from the metro station. The aerobus is also two blocks away. Very convenient. We stayed at a room with two twin beds. The room was pretty spacious with a big closet. Staff spoke English. Would recommend this.

"Not bad location, but safe and clean"
If you want a party location this isnt the place to stay, but the hotel was located near the subway and was clean and safe. The staff wasnt particularly friendly, but they helped us with all of our questions. The bathroom and rooms were clean, but the walls were thin and you could hear people walking around outside. I would stay here again.

Basic hotel with good location
Basic hotel with good location (metro Urgell in 3 min walk) Staff is helpfull, room was small but very clean. Can't rate the breakfast 'cause we didnt' have it. If you are gonna not stay in the hotel all day around, it's a good choise. Pro : location, location, location! Contra : no fridge, no balcony.

Pleasant holiday
A fridge in the room would have been nice. Great location to Metros. No amenities but had free internet computer access in the lobby.

Short drive from hotel
Take the Metro to the beach. Pass the casino to the strip with clubs, then bars, then open patios. Way better party scene than Las Ramblas. Great ambiance and scenery.
