The Hotel Balmes is ideally located between the business district and the city's tourism centre, becoming an ideal option for both business and pleasure trips. This hotel inherited the essential legacy of Derby Hotels Collection to exceed the highest level of service within its category. You can enjoy modern facilities surrounded by nature and tranquillity right in the heart of Barcelona, in addition to the magnificent and fascinating exhibition of African Art located throughout the hotel. The hotel has 101 rooms, eight of them split-levels and all equipped with parquet flooring, individually-controlled air conditioning units, direct-line telephones, mini-bar, safe, background music, working area, LCD TV with Canal Plus and satellite TV, wireless Internet access and fax and modem hook-ups. Hotel très bien situé pas loin du métro dans un quartier agréable où il fait bon petit déjeuner et manger des tapas. Le personnel a été très agréable et de bon conseil. On vous le recommande vivement le temps d'un long week end dans la capitale Catalane.

No tenían registrada mi reserva,

No tenían registrada mi reserva, pero enseguida me dieron alojamiento en una pieza de teórica mayor calidad, una especie de apartamento, que lo tienen ofertado con precios superiores. De gran amplitud, pero denotaba falta de uso, por el polvo evidente en las lámparas. Mucho ruido y poca intimidad, por estar a ras de calle y, por tanto, no poder abrir la ventana. Deplorable una especie de Jacuzzi comunitario existente entre el hotel propiamente dicho y el acceso a los apartamentos. Los usuarios entran y salen sin mantener normas de higiene: andan descalzos y dejando huellas húmedas de su paso por los pasillos.

Tres joli hotel,bien situe par

Tres joli hotel,bien situe par rapport au centre ville et aux principales rues commerçantes. Acceuil correct et personnel sympathique,seul bémol petit manque dinsonorisation des chambres! Avec des boules quies c'était parfait!

El hotel es bueno, el servicio

El hotel es bueno, el servicio tambien. Hay detalles que deberian tener en cuenta. Me aloje en una habitacion que en su baño tenia una ducha a 1.70 de altura ( mido 1.90 m) absurdo. Los grifos de las canillas estaban colocados al reves. El shampoo y el jabon lo reponian de vez en cuando. Detalles tontos para un buen hotel. Ubicacion excelente.

Hotel gradevole, in bel quartiere,

Hotel gradevole, in bel quartiere, posizione tranquilla ma non lontana dai principali luoghi di interesse e dalla metropolitana. Camere al piano terra adiacenze reception un po' rumorose. Per il resto la camera è confortevole anche se non molto grande. Letto confortevole, servizio discreto ma disponibile e gentile.
