H10 Raco Del Pi

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Europe. Very clean. Very pretty. The staff was friendly. We had to pay for breakfast but it was really good with a lot of options. The location was great. Around the corner from Las Ramblas. Lots of places to shop and eat around the area. Clean bathrooms, nice view, and free WIFI!! :)

Wonderful week-long stay in Barcelona - chose this hotel for its in-the-middle-of-everything location and price- what a great value! Only issue - two single beds pushed together to make a "king" - sometimes the beds slid apart. Other than that, this was a very clean, well staffed, and overall great hotel. Would certainly return again.

The staff was knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and we had a beautiful room, with 2 little balconies. We could see Santa Maria del Pi from one of the balconies. The room was compact but well laid out. The bathroom was clean and nice with a deep tub. The breakfast was presented in a compact space but had everything we could possibly want. The WiFi worked great. The location is perfect close to everything.

This hotel was fantastic! We arrived early, way before regular check in and they were happy to get us into our room. We were greeted with a very friendly and accomodating staff along with a delightful glass of cava! We spoke little spanish and they were fluent in English and were able to help us with any questions. There was a bowl of fruit and mixed nuts greeting us everyday after a long day of sight seeing. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. There was a computer with internet access off the lobby which allowed us to contact our friends and family to let them know we were okay. The bathroom was very clean and cozy. The location of the hotel was PERFECT!!! We were a couple minutes walk from La Rambla, and situated on a delightful street with shops and pastry stores right next door. We never experienced any noise when trying to sleep despite how the town is always bustling. We always felt safe and comfortable, and were happy to come back after a long day of site seeing. I would definitely stay again if we were ever fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.

My travel buddy and I had a good experience for the most part with this hotel. We stayed for three days; left to travel to Girona over night and returned for one last night. The last night we were placed in a room that was painted earlier in the day. It wreaked of paint fumes. Clearly, the contractor forgot to air the room out as when we opened the door we were overwhelmed with the smell. We asked for a different room but was told that we could only have the only other room (which was bigger) by paying an additional 20 EURO. I felt that was pretty unfair. Anyway, I was able to air out the room before attempting to fall asleep. I notified corporate of the situation and they responded apologetically. Other than the whole paint fume situation, the hotel was nice, in a great location, clean and comfortable.

Arrived early, luggage stored, Cava and hospitality. Excellent homebase, everything is within short walk or if venturing further hit Liceu subway station in 4 min. Room is small but adequate, I didn't come to hangout in room. This is not the Westin, but I will come back here next visit. It is on tiny side street but that might be the best part. No noise from busy squares, but so close to all.

Perfect location: central but quiet rooms. Our room had wooden floors, very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked small extras: Glass of cava upon arrival and free use of computer & printer (e.g. for printing boarding passes).

We arrived early so they stored our luggage. They had happy hour every afternoon. On our return to Barcelona they had a room available and let us get into it a little early - greatly appreciated since my husband had a cold and needed to rest.

Before we arrived at the hotel none of my emails were returned. Once we arrived at the hotel we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. We heard and saw other guests being offered a complimentary glass of Cava, we were offered nothing for free in fact we were charged for a cup of coffee at 4AM while waiting for our taxi. The staff was rude, and didn't seem to care that our room was never made up, dirty plates of food were left all around the computer area. It was really very disgusting.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. WiFi did not work.
