The bar on the 9th floor (top) provides a nearly 360 degree panorama of the entire city and is reason enough to select this hotel. The location is also perfect for exploring the town on foot or by subway.

Enjoyable Vacation
My friend and I had a lovely vacation in Barcelona and our stay at the H10 Montcada certainly contributed. The location is great, walking distance to the water, in between the Born and the Gotic neighborhoods. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the best meals we had were recommendations from them. In addition, our room was quite charming. It could get a little noisy at night with the window open, but it was not awful. We shut the window and slept like babes.

Everything the hotel was wonderful!
The staff was incredibly helpful. I read other reviews that it was a noisy area so I brought earplugs and had no problem.

Sleepless in Barcelona
OK for one night, but NO more.
As loud as having the windows open all night. Request a high floor but still loud.

Very nIce little hotel. We reserved
Very nIce little hotel. We reserved 3 rooms and all were very good. Complimentary Champagne for all of us on arrival was a nice touch. Staff very helpful. Great location with a five minute walk to La Rambla and also to the sea port.

Good stay at Montcada
After flying all night, we checked in at 8:30 am. The staff was extremely helpful during our entire stay. The helped us with a step on/step off tour and made reservations for us at an excellent restaurant. The hotel is in an excellent location, right between the Cathedral and the Picasso museum. We enjoyed the bar on the rooftop and the breakfast as well.

This hotel really is as good as
This hotel really is as good as other members have said! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - it is just across the street from the Jaume I metro station and the Cathedral. Our room was lovely, and always cleaned and re-set beautifully. Our room was around the side (room 511), which meant that it didn't get any of the street noise. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
