Establishment constructed at the beginning of the 1900s, with modernist details and a catalogued fade. Fully renovated in 2006. Complementary Snack-room (Espresso, orange juice, yogurt, infusions and pastries) all day. Apartments of between 60 and 75 square meters, outside-facing, with two rooms, full bathroom (hair dryer, facilities of the prestigious brand Korres) and some of them with an additional toilet. Living-dining room with double sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, household equipment, washing machine, iron and ironing board). LCD TV with satellite channels, free wireless Internet connection, power disconnect switch, air-conditioning, heating. Reinforced doors, video entry phone.

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

nous avons obtenu un appartement sur l'arrière du bâtiment donc bruit quasi néant - service impeccable - linge changé chaque jour pour le petit snak est un grand plus très sympa . pour compléter un petit déjeuner ou une pause après midi - si nous sommes très exigeant il y aurait peut-être avec l'immense grand écran télé à espérer une chaine française ou anglaise mais nous ne sommes pas à barcelone pour regarder la télé la ville est tellement riche.. RAVIES DE NOTRE SEJOUR

Une excellente adresse

5 garçons pour un WE à Barcelone. C'est l'adresse qu'il faut avec un personnel sympathique, un emplacement excellent (proche du centre avec une place verdoyante) et des équipements et un service haut de gamme. Le tout, dans un prix contenu. Convient parfaitement pour une famille avec enfants et même en couple, car cela reste accessible au regard de la qualité des prestations de l'appartement (café à volonté, électroménager, ...).
