great location,good and friendly service
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, David and Inga at the Business Center, Carmen at the Spa, the lady at the reception Desk(can not remember name) they all went out of their way to help with directions and tips for the best places to eat and see. I will recommend to everybody I know.

Good Location and The price not Bad
The hotel and the staff was very professional and friendly. The language barrier was a little difficult but not as bad as the first hotel I went to. The only disappointment was the mini bar charge on a daily basis. Being that I don't drink any types of alcohol and was getting red bulls and water the charges for that was a bit ridiculous. So upon check in it should be explained that the mini bar charges every day unless you declined. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel, its cleanliness, the room, its services, the breakfast buffet upstairs and the business center. The location of TMB and able to move around.The TV could use more English speaking channels.

We were very happy with this hotel.
We were very happy with this hotel. We stayed in this hotel after a cruise and it was easy to get to from the port. We took the blue bus from the port to the Columbus statue and from there bought a 3 day metro pass at the TI and took the metro to Sants Estasio train station. The hotel was on right hand side as soon as we got out. This made getting around Barcelona very easy. The bed was a bit hard like others have said but we actually found that we had a very good sleep on it. The only "complaint" we have is that the walls are very thin.

Stay at this Hotel!
This 4-star hotel is right off the main metro station, Barcelona Estancia. After touring the city, it was lovely to come "home" to a clean, modern, cool air-conditioned hotel. The price is more than reasonable. The beds are and bathrooms were marvelous. The Visual Restaurant has awesome views of the entire city. The staff gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. They supply maps and directions for all the major sites. It is walking distance from the Magic Fountain on Sunday evenings. The metro will get you to every main attraction in Barcelona quickly and for a fraction of the price of the Tourist Bus or a Taxi. The staff at Torre Cantalunya will help you with getting familiar to the Metra system.

Friendly staff and very convenient to train station. Only a few short metro stops away from busy Ramblas. Great access to Montjuic and other sights!

We stayed for 4 nights at ...
We stayed for 4 nights at the Torre Catalunya at the end of a cruise. We found the location, steps from the Sants train & metro station, very convenient, especially for catching the airport bus (only 4 euros per person). The staff was friendly & accommodating, the room was large, the bathroom was huge, & the breakfast buffet on the 23rd floor was bountiful. The major drawback for us was the too-firm beds. Other unpleaseant surprises were the dearth of entertainment programming in English (all 4 English channels were News/Finance even though there were entertainment channels in Spanish, Catalan, French, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, etc.), & the lack of 24-hour room service (except for ice delivery since all the ice machines were broken).

Hotellin sijaitsee vallan mainioiden liikenneyhteyksien päässä keskustasta ja kaikista keskeisistä nähtävyyksistä. Aamiaishuoneen sijainti ylimmässä näköalakerroksessa oli iloinen yllätys. Silmiä hivelevät näkymät yhdessä monipuolisen "jokaiselle jotain"- aamiaisen kanssa kruunasivat jokaisen aamun. Kahden hengen huone oli tilava ja leveät sängyt juuri sopivan pehmeät. Kaiken kaikkiaan vallan mainio valinta.

Hotel and Spa
Located in a high rise tower, the Hotel offers a fantastic all round view for the superiour rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet on the top floor. Located next to the Barcelona Saints train station, a 8 Euro taxi ride or circa 5 station tube ride from the city center. The rooms are spacious, but the housekeeping should urgently improve consistency and cleanliness. All in all a recommendation.
