Home away from home
Coming from a big city, my friends and I are spoiled and have high standards. The hotel/apartment has met our expectation 120 % in terms of the amenity, the gym/spa facility, and the comfort level of the room. Two minor disappointments are: the location and the part-time front desk. There is no full time front desk. You need to call the staff even during the office hour. But they are easily reachable. There are not much attractions in the area other than Sagrada Familia. But everything is in a short cab ride away. (We ended up not taking any public transportation while we were there for a week.)

Had some issues, but still great experience
Building in great area, but not much of a view. When nobody is at the front desk, you need to call a local number (an issue with foreigners with no local cell phone service). Pool is part of the Spa, so children cannot use it either. Spa is next door, and services are from a separate vendor, so cards are needed to use it. Apartments are beautifully appointed and recently renovated. However, we were given an apartment that had issues with both of our bathrooms. She tried hard to solve our issues (clogged shower and falling shower curtain rod) . We moved to apartment next door when it became available. Manager was very professional and apologetic. We appreciated her help turning a negative into a positive. Despite our issues, we would choose this property again. We had a great time in Barcelona and outside of Las Ramblas, this is an excellent location in the spring.

Souvenir vendors do not itemize and like to bag and total your bill without you looking. Do not allow this. Have them add and bag each item in your presence.

Städtetripp
Gut gelegene Residenz
Ruhig und zentral gelegen. Mit der Metro ist man sehr rasch im Zentrum und die Sagrada Familia ist quasi ein Nachbargebäude. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag das SPA genossen, das im selben Gebäude gelegen ist.

Fantastisches Familienhotel
Sehr leicht zu finden, weil in der nähe die berühmte Sagrada de Familia Kirche ist Sehr sauberes Hotel Sehr freundliche Reception Ich würde es nochmals buchen

BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX
appartement super ! mais situé au premier étage donc très bruyant la nuit au niveau du sous sol (métro, garage ?) ainsi que la clim dans deux des chambres. Super équipement dans tout l'appart. Petit problème d'eau chaude non résolu car nous n'avons pas insisté. Bonne insonorisation des chambres. Acceuil très sympa. Attention parking très cher (30 € la nuit) et produits de toilette payant (8 €). Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car elle fait partie d'un centre de fitness qui est collé à l'hotel et que nous devions payer 15 € par personne et 25 € de l'heure pour un maître nageur obligatoire pour nos enfants. Mais pour 47 € le deux nuits pour 7 personnes nous n'avons pas fait les difficiles. Résultat : Nous avons bénéficié d'une super promo sur un bel appart. A refaire

RECOMMANDATION : restau du marché Santa Catarina ! excellent, service rapide, produits frais, cuisine devant le client, original et prix convenable (carte dans plusieurs langues)
