Avenida Palace - the place to stay!
Great location - working distance to Gaudi buildings, Old Town (Barri Botic), and the most famous street in Spain - Les Ramblas. Subway (metro) is across the street.

FARGA on Rambla De Catalunya - very good breakfast, an early dinner (it's not easy to find a restaurant in Barcelona that serves dinner before 8:30, but FARGA does - and very good dinner!).

Very good continental breakfast
Very good continental breakfast included. Metro and buses right in fronnt of hotel. Room small with no view. Las Rambla one block away. Very good value for a few days to see the town.

This hotel exceeded our expectations,
This hotel exceeded our expectations, it is in a superb position close to La Ramblas and all the tourist areas, but most importantly, the hotel staff were most helpful, and the dining room food was faultless, and the bedroom was spotless, I would most certainly stay there again !!

Perfect location! Beautiful hotel!
The hotel is situated in an ideal location. Close to La Ramblas but only one block away from high end shopping district. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and drink. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel and staff were great. Would like to have been warned about the metro passing under the hotel though, but did get used to it. Could not have been in a better location for exploring Barcelona.

Really nice hotel in a great location.
Really nice hotel in a great location. We stayed on a B+B basis and the breakfast was lovely. Coffee great also. Could not believe how central this hotel was and all of the staff were very friendly. I would definately stay again.

Excellent hotel, friendly helpful
Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff. Conveniently situated with a short walk to Las Ramblas. Very close to the Hop on- Hop off buses. Our room was large and very comfortable with a lovely view. Lots of good restaurants close by to choose from. Good breakfast with nice choices.
