QUALITE DU SEJOUR HOTELIER
Personnel très serviable Hotel bien situé, un peu à l'ecart du centre mais suffisamment proche des ùùétros et bus pour faire le tour de la ville

Location, location, location!!
Dejligt ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel med god location. Vi boede lige ved siden af Barcelo sants (hoved togstation) samt metro sants estacio (Line L3) som kører konstant og til mange seværdigheder. Det var nemt at komme rundt i byen, og en lille spadser tur på 15 min tid, tog os direkte til Plaza espanya, og 10 min den modsatte vej lå det store shopping center Lilla. Selve hotellet var fint, værelset var tilpas med mini bar, safetybox, lækkert badeværelse med badekar, bidet og varmt (meget varmt) vand med god tryk på og god seng og personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Der var fri wifi, man skulle dog spørge receptionisten om en ny adgangs kode hver dag. Rengøringspersonalet gjorde rent hver dag, og der blev fyldt op med div sæber, toilet papir etc. Eneste minusser var at man skulle efterlade toilettet til rengøring i beskidt stand da der ingen toilet børste var, og desuden virkede afløb i vask dårligt.... Morgenbuffeten var meget dyr 13€ Per person, men god buffet (hold jer dog langt fra de små fesne pølser). Vi spiste buffet den første dag, men lærte hurtigt at der 2 mins gang fra hotellet ligger en Pans & Company, og der kan man få en menu med kaffe og croissants til 1.95€ bla. Så der kan man spare lidt på morgenmaden. Ville gerne bo der en anden god gang vi rejser til Barcelona.

Long walk from hotel
Vil rekommendere alle som er i Barcelona en fredag aften at tage ned til Plaza Espanya og gå op ad allén mod paladset for at se det syngende og farverige springvand. En eventyrlig og magisk fornøjelse.

Déception voyant que personne
Déception voyant que personne ne parle Français, il était indiqué qu'une personne de l'accueil le parlait. La facture n'est pas très explicite, pour un diner l'addition apparait avec deux entitées différentes (ex : un total de 50€(30€ restau bodega et 20€ restau cocina ?..), et les 35.35€ de réservation n'apparaissent en déduction nulle part. Hotel de qualité moyenne, les tarifs hors réductions ne sont pas justifiés du tout, le quartier est moche et éloigné, impossible de trouver un restau à proximité sans utiliser les transports. Ceci dit, nous avions rdv pas loin de ce quartier, si l'occasion se présente à nx, il est possible que nous y retournions tout de même, pour la proximité.
