Beautiful & spacious room -- excellent service. On the downside, the air conditioning wasn't very good: alternating muggy & chilly rather than an even temperature. Also a bit pricy

Overall, not bad. But for a boutique
Overall, not bad. But for a boutique hotel, not the greatest. The location will put you off also and is not recommended unless you've got your fill of touring Seoul and want to unwind for a couple of days. Impressive lobby, cozy and cool rooms, and a very stylish interior decor everywhere you go are the perks of this hotel. At night the lobby also turns into a chic bar and there is a casino just across. Be sure to pack your toothbrush and shaver, these don't come standard with the rooms and are offered at W prices.

Simply Wonderful
Slightly off the beaten path. Staff makes up for everything. Shuttles are nice. So much help, direction, advise. They bend over backwards, EVERY employee. Neighboring casino is nice for a break, free booze and food-fyi

ホテルの対応（接客）はとても良かったです。 あらかじめ、メール（英語）で彼女の誕生日であることを伝えて、眺めのいい階をお願いしたところ、快く応じてくれました。さらに、誕生日ケーキのサービスがありました。 チョコレートケーキでしたが、とてもおいしかったし、思っていた以上に大きかったです。15×15ｃｍ位だったかな。 ホテルに入ってからモダンな空間で、部屋も赤と白を基調としたアートのような部屋で、普段と違うような時間を満喫できました。 （年配の方には向いていないかもしれません。） 歯ブラシが1 000Ｗ(約850円）位で販売していたことだけ、ちょっと残念です。 みなさんが行かれる時は、自分で用意して行った方がいいと思います。（自分が貧乏性なだけかも。） 総合すると、とても良かったです。

モダンな内装、サービスはとても良いと思います。部屋のテレビの使い方がハングル文字だったため分かりませんでした。一階のWOOBARは非常に良かったです。友人に薦めたいと思います。
