Shilla
The Shilla is a nice hotel. Unfortunately, its 20+ years old, and you can feel it. The service is excellent and pretty friendly (for Koreans). Getting to the hotel from ICN by bus is pretty painful too. The business center is good and the restuarants are comparable to all of the other hotels of its class in Seoul

Not up to expectations
The Shilla Hotel, known as the "best" in Seoul, was very disappointing. The staff and service was excellent, but the room was small and overheated, internet access was not included (although it was implied in the ad)and the location was not convenient. The hotel is located in its own complex. To get to the street you need to take a shuttle bus. The lobby, while very attractive, has no seating area where it is convenient to wait. Both the hotel shuttle bus and the airline limo bus stop a distance from the front door - VERY uncomfortable in cold weather. I will not stay at the hotel again.

ホテルの部屋に忘れ物をしてしまい、連絡したら同時にホテルからもメールで連絡が来ていて 平日に受け取れるように会社宛に配達してもらいました 電話の対応も親切、仕事も迅速で３日後には問題なく手元に届いていました スタッフがとても優秀だと思います

すばらしい滞在でした。 設備はもちろんのこと、スタッフの方々がすばらしかったです。 常にこちらがなにを欲しているのか目配りをされているのでしょうか、 伝える前に「察して」くださるサービスと心遣いに一流を感じました。 部屋やホテル内にもいい気が流れているようで、本当にリラックスできました。 場所がちょっと不便という評もありますが、 宿が明洞などの喧噪から少し離れるのはほどよく落ち着きますし、 タクシーをつかってもさほどの金額と距離ではないので ゆとりも欲しい大人旅にはとてもオススメです。

以五星級的等級來講，一樓大廳、用餐區、游泳池及外面的氣派都有做到。但是房間就稍稍失望了一點，畢竟是有點年紀的飯店了，有點舊。沒有乾濕分離，是浴缸加拉簾。馬桶蓋感覺還髒髒的，但衛生用品還ok，是歐舒丹。下次我去可能只會去那用餐及游泳，可以看的到南山及首爾塔。因為那兩項皆可另外付費使用，這種價錢還是要住新一點的。
