Disappointing!
First problem: I NEVER go to a hotel- espeically for 5 nights without a fitness center. It cliamed to have one but when asked, "It's under construction." I take that back, even worse, I NEVER go to a bus tour hotel. The Ramada was almost all bus tours, with no lobby anyone but a teenager would be happy with, all filled with everyone's suitcases. Looked like a college dormitory lounge, No possibility of a meeting there.k Two of my business meeting groups asked if I'd like to meet them in my hotel to make it easier for me. Nothing was more out of the question! I was given a floor with washing machine, sink, and kitchen, a RR design, cold and institutional appearing. No other word other than Disappointing. And oh yes, I will never return

The location and price were good,
The location and price were good, but the service was an issue. There is an obvious disconnect between the front desk staff and the rest of the hotel. We specifically booked into this hotel for Christmas because they offered a Christmas lunch in their restaurant. The hotel booking was fine via the internet, but booking the lunch was unsuccessful even though we asked a Korean friend to phone the Hotel to book the Christmas lunch about two weeks before our two-day stay commenced on Christmas Eve. On Christmas day at 12.30pm, which was when the restaurant staff suggested we arrive for lunch, we were told by the front desk staff that there was no reservation for us for lunch and the restaurant was fully booked. No alternatives were offered, no explanation was given and in the end we had to find somewhere to have lunch on our own. This will be one Christmas we will remember for all the wrong reasons and would suggest you look elsewhere.

not bad but not good
cons : arriving at reception desk, my reservation didn't handled immediately. it takes about 15-20 mins. after that they recommends upgrade to suites room. it costs about KRW 20,000. room was roomy and nice. but airconditioner's outside unit located near the bed. that makes noisy sound. and chair near the bed was really dirty and looks not good. breakfast really bad. Mc's morning set is better. pros : good price. nice location. (central of city. near the seoul station)

Great front desk service
Great door to door transportation from Inchon via KAL limosine bus. Walking distance to subway which we used daily to access the rest of Seoul. Spacious room. Great front desk service. We spent most of our day out and about, but loved returning to the room. Very relaxing. We were upgraded by the hotel to a Jr. Suite at their initiative because of a slight error on their part that our stay was two nights vs. three (they corrected the error within minutes). We would easily choose to stay here again.

Figure out how to use the subways and do it. The system is great to get you to different parts of the city. Also, cab drives work well, but you need directions or destination written down in Korean by the hotel staff so that there is no confusion.

Nice hotel
The hotel room was fantastic, especially for the price and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient...their english was fantastic. The internet however we had to pay for, we had to ask for an iron and then carry it and the ironing board back downstairs when we were done with it and very few taxi drivers in the city knew where the hotel was, even with a map. The nearest subway was not far, maybe a 10 minute walk, Myongdong shopping was a good 20 minutes walk which really wasn't bad. The shuttle to the airport was a Korean Airline bus which was 15,000 won..very nice ride..Seoul Station is a good 15 minute walk away. There are a few great restaurants near the hotel and a coffee shop in the lobby...just be prepared to walk a bit to get out of the "business area" where the hotel is located. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros: Good location, good restaurants and coffee shops in and nearby. Large room with heated floor! Nice professional and helpful staff. Cons: sub-par showerhead that would not stay above chest level in the shower, expensive internet.

We conquor nam, domdemum, myondong, nami island, soul tower within a short Span of 4 days. With the value we pay for this hotel,we were impressed with the size of the room, the friendly staffs and good location as we are 7-10 min walk away from 2 sub stations.

Location very good for exploring
Location very good for exploring the city. Would have expected to have breakfast and internet included at the quoted rate. Compared to similar standard hotels in other countries, it is a given that those things should be included. Further, do not understand why this hotel cannot offer point accrual when it is part of the Ramada Chain and I have a Ramada fidelity card. Their explanation was that 'this hotel does not participate in the point promotion system'. This makes absolutely no sense. Room was fine - was first given a smoking room though our reservation expressly said 'non-smoking'. Had to go and change it as I am pregnant but this was no problem and the staff was very friendly about it. Be aware that the bus to the airport is only to Incheon airport. So if you are flying to/from Gimpo as we were you have to take the airport bus from Seoul station, 10 minutes walk away.

This was shown as a 5 star hotel
This was shown as a 5 star hotel - it is NOT. It is very comfortable and clean but should be rated as 3 star. The room smelt strongly of stale cigarettes. Our son's bed was extremely hard. The room was very hot, we turned off the floor heating and opened a window for our 2 day visit in winter in Seoul! There were also cracked tiles in the bathroom.
