Very strategic location. very close to : a)Cheongnyangni Station b)Airport bus stop c)Lotte Plaza d)Lotte Departmental Shopping Complex e)Daiso Store f)Convenience Store-Family Mart. Very easy to take taxi around the hotel. The hotel might be on the "run down" side, but the location is a bonus for any one who stays here.

Positive: excellent location-just meters from Cheongnyangi metro, bus and train stations; large size bedroom and bathroom (for 4 people); very good floor heating & shower systems. Negative: The corridors and rooms are very run down and a bit dirty. They do not actually provide airport transfer service despite being listed in the hotel facilities. The staff speak very little English or not at all. Practise your phrasebook Korean if using this hotel.

very near a big mall, and bus to airport

The first night we were allocated two rooms on the 8th floor. That is rigtht below the Karaoke Bar, which is at the ninth floor. That meant a lot of noise until late. At two in the morning we demanded other rooms at lower floors - it took one hour of heavy conflict with the manager, before he found other rooms. After thet episode everything went well. fine service the following days. But don´t accept rooms at the 8th floor!! Unless you are able to sleep 8 hours in the middle of a discotheque.

New Boolim Hotel is located in an ally near Lotte department store. It is next to the red light district. At night, women are sitting behind a glass window trying to call in customers. The room was old. The bathroom was very small and dirty. The toilet did not work properly. In the morning, the hotel staff would sing very loudly and bang things around. Most pictures I have seen of this hotel are computer generated!!! What you see is not what you get! The good thing about this hotel was it's location. It was right next to the subway and bus stop.

For the price, it's worth it considering the location of the hotel. The facilities and accommodation are very basic, but it's very easy to go to different places from the hotel because it's very close to the metro station (Cheongnyangni).

Price is cheap, the room was fine for the money, old but fine. Had a big bathroom. The location was good right next to the underground, and only a few stops from Seoul. Window was blocked so you could not see outside. Good air conditioner. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and not expecting 5 star.

The hotel is near the subway station, and aroud the hotel. there is department store and many stores and restaurants. It is very convenience.If you take the subway, easy to go famous areas of Seoul, include Airport. The hotel clreks can speak Japanese.

Location wise and tourist friendly hotel. From the airport the no.6002 limousine bus stops at Cheongnyangni bus station. Lotte dept store and train station are major landmarks to get to the hotel (3mins walk). Starbucks, restaurants and convenience stores are near. Dongdaemun market is 3 stations away. Internet connection is available at the hotel lobby.

The hotel is in a great location with loads of shops and restaurants right outside. The Lotte Department Store is a 30s walk away. The only bad part to the location is it's in the red district. Staff at the hotel speak very little english but one has a mobile phone with a english-korean dictionary. Theres a karaoke place on the top floor using a different lift which charges the same price as one round the corner - 20 000 won. Theres a sushi restaurant on the 2nd floor but is quite expensive so find one outside the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a scale for you to weigh your luggage before you go home. There's a very good bus service to get to the airport that costs 9000 won and takes 1.5 hours. Getting to the hotel on the day of arrival by taxi that could fit 5 people cost over 100 000 won. The bus didn't stop directly outside the hotel so we wouldn't know how to get to the hotel from the bus stop on the first day so we took a taxi.
