Hotel Victoria Seoul

Hotel Victoria is located in the Mia district of Seoul, about 30 minutes from most of the major sites of interest in Seoul. The subway entrance is just one block away. Everything was well maintained and relatively new. Our room was a double with one twin and a double bed. There was a flat screen tv and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator is not stocked, so bring your own drinks and snacks or plan to pick something up in the neighborhood. The bathroom included shower and tub and there were plenty of towels and personal care products provided. There is a restaurant and a karaoke bar, and a gym in the hotel. The front desk staff does speak English. All the staff are extremely polite and really make an effort to make you feel welcome. There are lots of fun street vendors nearby. Also, E-Mart is right across the street. We got a great price on an internet special and regular prices are much lower than hotels in the downtown area.

Quite ugly from outside but ok inside. Located quite far from the city but near Miasamgeori subway station. Also airport busses stop by the subway station. Though not in the city, many nice restaurants near by, also three large departments stores. Internet available on the 8th floor only. Ask fot a calble in the reception. Nice staff. Big safety box in the room. Though on our second stay the box did not work and was not fixed as promised.

The hotel was overall great. It was very accessible to and from the train station. As a matter of fact it is about a 3-4 min walk out of Exit 3. Located in the heart of downtown Miasamgueri near what my boyfriend and I nicknamed "Food Street" and "Shopping Lane".

All in all, a very nice place. Easily worth it:s price.

Hotel OK, a bit too far from Seoul attractions.

The hotel was located in the north, which was pretty far from the airport (approx 1,5h drive). The rooms were relatively big, however not very clean. The location near the subway was good and the internet free for charge was a big plus too.

Value for money, very friendly staff, good location close to subway station and many restaurants, supermarket across the road, hogh speed internet in room. Air con does not work, otherwise a great hotel for its price,

The staff at night was very friendly and helpful, but the morning clerk was not really interested in being nice. The AC DID NOT WORK DURING THE DAY - it was VERY HOT, and when I told the clerk this she said she'd send someone up to fix it, and never did. My taxi driver, when he was bringing me there from the airport, kept saying I shouldn't have gotten a room there and that there are plenty more guesthouses that would have been better. Bed was HARD (might just be a Korean thing though). Mold in caulk of tub, tub leaked heavily unto floor. No free breakfast.

This is a gem if you are looking for a room with 3 separate beds, which is generally very hard to find. The price was well worth it. The pool seemed to be closed or nonexistent as the passageway to it was blocked. The small gym in the hotel was nice with rather new equipment. The room was slightly dirty, but considering the price, I wasn't too bothered by it. The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the metro, which makes it very convenient to visit all the hot spots of Seoul.

Ask for the 8th floor as that the floor that have internet access and newly renovated. We were given 10th floors initially.....very old, no aircon and no Internet, later the hotel manager change us to 8th floor and our stay was excellent for the kind of money you paid.
