Pretty good; room for improvement
The mattress was hard--one of those basic Asian mattresses, no Western comfort here. The room was kept too warm (so I opened the window--there was no apparent thermostat) and the staff didn't replace dirty towels, just took the old ones. The provided robes were welcome, but had holes. That said, it was quiet and comfortable other than the bed, and when asked, the staff brought new shampoo and was very friendly. Wake up call was on time. In-room (wired) internet was good. Room service was excellent, but rather expensive. As for location, it was pretty far out of town, but only a few minutes' walk to the subway. There's an airport shuttle right outside (that doesn't run on the promised schedule--ours was several minutes early--but the staff can let you know when they're here and let the shuttle know you're coming).
