terrific stay! great room & amazing staff

We stayed here Thurs-Sun and had absolutely no complaints, except maybe the price, but when you stay at a Hyatt you know that going into it :-) But seriously, the hotel was absolutely spotless, the rooms amazingly clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the staff was 100% on-the-spot. Best service I have ever experienced in 36 years of traveling 4 continents. The only real "complaint" was the cooking of the breakfasts. The room service lunch & supper was good, but the omelets & french toast that came with the continental breakfast was not good. The recipe did not seem to be good, nor was the actual cooking. Even with the tiny portions they came in, my wife & I could never even combine to finish a single serving of the omelets or the french toast :-( And since she is 8months pregnant, leaving behind food should tell you something :-)

Every amenity you could ask for

My boyfriend and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Korea. We stayed here near the end of our trip and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable of our stay. Gorgeous hotel and beautiful view of Korea. The rooms were pristine and comfy. My only complaint was that the food and drink were extremely overpriced ($9 for a sprite!) and that I didn't get a chance to swim in one of the amazing pools.

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport for only $14, came in very handy!

Amazing views

We didn't take advantage of much of the hotel, but the rooms were spotless (loved the decor) and the view from the lobby is truly one of a kind. Most of my time was spent in itaewon, shopping/nightlife. and this hotel was about 2,400 won trip (approx 3 min cab ride). Location was GREAT!
