Artnouveau City I Yeoksam Serviced Residence

Breakfast includes Asian, European and American standards and an omelet chef. It was nice to start the day off with kim chee soup & rice one day and french toast the next without having to leave the hotel. The room was spacious with all necessary and probably unnecessary amenities (laundry, fridge, sink, bidet). There is a loft area in the room made for those who like sleeping on the floor in traditional Korean mats (but you have to request the mat for a small charge- cots are also avail for the same small charge). I don't think the beds go beyond double bed size, so if you need your space while sleeping, you're kinda out of luck. We were able to get nice, large loaner umbrellas during the monsoon season. They don't have wi-fi in the room, but they do have a free business room downstairs that was hardly ever in use during the time we were there. We also went to the sky lounge one night and it was very nice, but stick to beers because the bartender is not used to making cocktails.

This is very reasonable hotel which has an access to very convenience public transportation including the airport shuttle from ICN. The hotel staff has very warm heart to serve the customers. The room is well equipped.They have nice selection for the breakfast. It is also easy to take taxi in the front of the hotel. There are a lot of local restaurant around too. The only slight problem is the hotel elevetor. They have only 2, and the building has 18th floor. You can see the long waiting time. However, over all experiences were all positive, and I will stay there at my next visit to Seoul for sure.

It was so nice to stay there. There are a lot of restaurent around there. Waht I like most is nightview.

1.the breakfast buffet was very good. won't find better one in USA for $14. 2.The room was so well made my wife wants to return. Just bring a conditioner. 3.very quite room, super view from 16th floor, yes only 2 elevators, yes 10 min. walk from stations, free internet from business center, very helpful staffI'd compare this one better value especially free buffet [...].

* Hotel is an 8-minute walk to Yeoksam subway station. * Staff is friendly and speaks English well. * Elevators are a bit slow (I stayed on 14th floor). * Room was clean and quiet. It had a queen bed plus a loft (which I didn't use). * Free wi-fi was available. * Kitchen had utensils and cups. * Bathroom was small but more than adequate. * Location is on a busy street but it wasn't too noisy. * Restaurant on 18th floor. Went there for breakfast - reasonable food for reasonable price. * Sauna on 4th floor, but didn't use. * Right across the street from the Renaissance Hotel, which is a stop on a KAL Limousine bus route from Incheon airport. * I'd stay here again - good value, location, and amenities.

Its quite OK. But it could be better. But easy access to anywhere.

I went from Singapore and stayed for three days in a Crystal room, which was the smallest /lowest priced room at the hotel but with an efficient layout with a loft up the stairs, I had an extra space for a visitor. I went to museums and galleries with my friends during the daytime and came back to hotel in the evening after dinner. So I did not get to eat at the hotel except breakfast and some snack in the evening in my own room. A refrigerator with considerable size freezer kept my food and drinks fresh! I had window curtains open at all times because the hotel faces the windowless wall side of the building cross the street (Renaissance hotel). YukSamYuk, the train station is right outside the hotel, which makes traveling around the city convenient. Clean environment. Kind and prompt staff, who also understand English. Some grocery shopping (water, snack, limited wine selection) was available in the basement around the corner of the block. One small negative point: I had a toilet flush button not working one morning, and they sent a man right away at 8 AM and fixed it, but I had to call again because the knob did not work again, but there was no more problem after the second repair. Another negative point: no safe in the room. (I had stayed at Art Nouveau City, SeoChoDong, which had safe in the room.) Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience at the hotel.

Studio room for 2 - 3 pax is considered a little pack yet comfortable and everything in good condition. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in room. There's a supermarket right next to the building, of reasonable price for purchase of daily goodies. In summary, overall condition of hotel and room are very good.
