Jeju Seoul Tourist Hotel

This hotel might be perfect for college students on spring break wanting to spend all their money on something else...but not for anyone who comes to Jeju for sightseeing purposes. We think we could have gotten past the leaky faucets and wet bathroom floors, the non-existent air conditioning, the broken tvs, and the location (opposite side of the island from all major sightseeing areas) had it not been for the very unhelpful front desk. For example, when we asked if they would please order two taxis for us to take us to the airport, they said, "No, go out and flag them down on the street." What you save at this hotel you will spend on taxis, rental cars, and finding another hotel you like better (we moved to the Lotte Hotel on the other side of the island).

I chose the hotel because I thought the name indicates it has English speaking staff. No one could speak English so I really didn't know why the two restaurants in the hotel were always empty except for breakfast. The carpet in the room were really awful and full of spots. The view from the room was great and it was all in all okay.

This hotel is located in ideal place to move around..and close to beach and down town area.. With regards to other facilities ,i'm not pleased when i'm considered as international passeger.. Not provided any club thank you card or even thank you when i made check out

petit dejeuner moyen, personel ne parlant pas l'anglais, mais tres serviable et disponible mini bar dans les chambres prix correct les accessoires de toilettes sont payants sauf serviettes et savon.

Nettes Personal, das Hotel hat definitiv bessere Zeiten gesehen und müsste mal renoviert werden, ist jedoch sauber, leider kein Internet, musste meinen WLAN-USB Stick aus dem Fenster hängen um in ein ungesichertes Netzwerk zu kommen. Lage in Hafennähe und am Wasser gut, wenn man in der Stadt bleiben will. Nächster Busstop etwas zu laufen.
