Don't believe the ads
Except for inexpensive, don't believe the ad. No restaurant, the guaranteed view of the bridge is non- existent. It is not convient to the sights in Incheon...don't think the hotel is even in the city, the bed for two is small, no Wi-Fi as advertised, though there is free Internet and computer in the room. Very difficult to even find a restaurant nearby and impossible to find one in which you can communicate. They do, however, have free airport shuttle service, but you must call them from the airport. And we had a slight problem and the young man at the desk did his utmost to help us there, making a few phone calls.

Okay Hotel in Unattractive Neighborhood
Hotel was adequate, with pretty good in-room amenities, but the switch for the room's heater was no where to be found. The hotel is very hard to find, and goes by the name of YJ Bridge Hotel (not Incheon Airport Bridge Hotel, as stated by the company who booked it). Make sure you know where you are going before leaving the airport. The personnel at the airport do not know where this hotel is when asked; we were sent to the wrong hotel by the airport staff (not the fault of the hotel). Best bet is to stay in the hotel at the airport proper if you are only going to be there for a short while.

What were they thinking!
This hotel is not for the Western Traveler. It is in a strange part of town, dirty, and not user friendly. Dont believe the pictures and spend a few extra dollars and stay at a nice place.

Pretty Good
I liked the fact that they had a shuttle (van) to pick you up at the airport and then drop you off at the airport again. It's my first time traveling abroad on my own. I didn't know the language at all, so it was kind of difficult to understand what they where saying. There was one person that worked there who knew English though. Btw, the pick-up is on the 3rd floor at Gate 7. Not 1st floor. You need to call them to get picked up, there is no shuttle waitng for you, so call! The hotel was really far out. At first I thought it was shady (b/c I was traveling alone), but it wasn't so bad. The hotel was nicely kept and the service there was good and helpful. I liked the big screen TV too :)

Basic hotel, basic price
Positives: Customer service cannot be beat at any price. The shuttle to Incheon was very good and the front desk person offered to drive me to a restaurant at dinner time. Also, the price is quite low, there is a big TV in the room, and the hotel appears clean.Negatives: There isn't much around except a bar and grill type place, which turned out to have pretty good food. The room is VERY basic indeed, and the bed is hard as a rock. So, it may be more geared toward the Asian tourist instead of the North American business person. There is no wireless internet, but wired internet works OK if noticeably slower than you might experience in a more expensive hotel. Even so, the rate is so low, it is still a very good value. Lastly, I seriously doubt this hotel was built in 2011 as stated in the [...]advert. Perhaps it was purchased by Bridge in 2011, but the sign outside says something else altogether and the front desk explained it had been purchased from that company by Bridge.Various: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate and costs 13,000 KRW. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Each item in the pouch they give you at check-in costs extra, so don't use anything you don't need.
