Hotel Incheon Airport

We booked this hotel primarily because they allowed pets and allowed four people in a room (most Asian hotels only allow three max). We were moving back to the States and so needed to take our pets with us. We didn't realize the airport (and close hotels) were so far from Seoul proper. It took about 45 minutes by metro to get to downtown (metro station was within walking distance). This made tourism activites very time consuming and tiring. Travellers should also be aware that like many hotels in Korea, plumbing does not allow you to flush TP. Yech. Free shuttle from the airport. Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores and the metro station. Open shower meant that the bathroom floor completely flooded, wetting any clothes/shoes/towels/etc. in the bathroom and there were no towel racks.

Checkin informed us that they would not provide shuttle service to the airport between 11.30pm - 6.30am. They said they could organize transportation for 10000 won. Stood my ground and they finally agreed to take us (so they should have). Bathroom was full of mould also bath had no shower curtain so water went everywhere. The room had a strange colour balance which was very hard getting used to. Also accidentally opened another rooms door by mistake so doesnt that tell you about security. All in all not worth the money you pay would rather stay at [other hotel].

This hotel is located on a small strip, with probably 6 hotels along 2 blocks. This one is the 3rd cheapest. There were nice amenities in the room (hot and cold water), mini-refrigerator, hardwood floor (thank God no carpet) free wi-fi, slippers, individual air conditioning unit, and also some hair products. The bathroom door (is see through glass), chuckle...and has this weirdly massive tub -- and no shower curtains. A Mini-Stop (Korea's answer to 7 11) is right across the street offering all the essentials (drinks, instant noodle, fried chicken). They also have this remote control that not only controls the TV, but also all the lights. Nice staff, very helpful.

It was a nice room and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definetly stay there again. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight the next morning. They provided an airport shuttle. I feel the price was good for the quality.

Great if you have a layover and cannot stay at the hotel in the terminal. Free shuttle otherwise a short taxi ride. Lively area

Excellent solution for the Seoul stopover. The service is excellent. Call the hotel when you arrive at Incheon Airport and 10minutes later, their shuttle picks you up from the airport (Door 7, Level 3, Departures). The room facilities are complete and don't require any surcharge. I could leave the window open, since the area is very quiet. Breakfast is in the basement with a very helpful waitress/cook. I'd use this hotel again any time for the stopover in Seoul.

The staff were very helpful and courteous

乗り換え時に1泊の利用です。夜遅く出て、朝早く出たので、あまり深い印象は残っていませんが、夜中に近い時間だったのに迎えに来てもらいました。ただ、空港からは10分以上かかりましたので、近いとは言えません。また、朝食はバッフェでしたが、そこそこの種類がありました。

Un peu difficile à trouver si on est en voiture, mais le fait de pouvoir etre recuperer à l'aeroport est tres apréciable
