pale and upset
The hotel location is too far away from the airport,it did not match what the stuff told me "it's 15mins from the airport." I have to spend total 1 hour on the way to airport from the hotel,and there is no shuttle bus.I have to take the bus by myself

シャワ－トイレが故障して修理を要求したが無視、次に水を流したら止まらず 便器からあふれ出したがコンセルジュは眺めるのみ、こんなアホなホテルは あまり見たこと無い、一日中気分が悪かった。
