Good News and Bad News
Good news - this is probably the nicest hotel in Daejeon - Bad News - this is probaby the nicest hotel in Daejeon! Typical Korean "Local" hotel. Very sparse - lobby is nice, but the rooms are filthy - carpet had spots everywhere, a/c had a mind of its own (i.e. never would cool), bed was hard and no shampoo, soap, etc. for the bathroom. Although a "non-smoking" floor, there was still the smell of smoke everywhere. Breakfast is okay - but unless included in your room rate - don't bother.

Short walk from hotel
Lots of local resturaunts nearby - I have stayed here a number of times (unfortunately) and have yet to find a good, resonably priced restaurant. Pizza Hut is not far away - as much as I hate to recommend that, I will.
