An excellent 3* hotel, close to all the best things Durban has to offer. Guests only have to cross the road to reach the beach. Parking is also available. A seven-storey modern structure overlooking Durban's Marine Parade and the Indian ocean. Ideally located on Durban's Golden Mile and within walking distance to the city's best shopping, restaurants, many seafront attractions such as Sea World and Fun World, as well as the Durban Convention Centre. Just 18 km's from Durban Airport.

Some rooms having work done while

Some rooms having work done while we were there, and it is in need of a makeover, but all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, not a very good area for safety at night but as long as you kept to the front where there was a big police presence, it was not too bad. The hotel bar was reasonably priced for drinks and food which was very good, so there was no need to venture out after dark as you had everything on site.

I enjoyed beach hotel but there

I enjoyed beach hotel but there were no water, I used to leave eraly in the morning without washing and come back late in the night with no water

A good establishment however m

A good establishment however maintenance needs to be beefed up. Some lights and fittings dont work well. Plumbing and showers should also be maintained.

The bedding was in bad ...

The bedding was in bad condition... Hot water was almost cold, or lukewarm at best. The location of this hotel, the beachfront, has now become an area of safety concern to all whom we meet there as tourists. All the cab / taxi drivers advised us to stay indoors during the evening and night hours.

Eine schwache Leistung

Das Hotel scheint schon bessere Tage gesehen zu haben. Es erscheint sehr ungepflegt, sowohl vom Äußeren als auch was das Innere angeht. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, Die Fenster wurden vermutlich seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt und auch ansonsten ist der Wohlfühl Faktor überschaubar. Die Lage ist recht gut, direkt am Strand und in Gehweite zur Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und recht gut. Das Servicepersonal hatte aber viel Zeit und konnte uns somit ungestört beobachten. Die gesicherte Tiefgarage ist in diesem Fall sehr hilfreich und mit 5€ pro Tag bezahlbar.

目の前に交番とビーチがあって、ワールドカップの観戦にはとても

目の前に交番とビーチがあって、ワールドカップの観戦にはとてもよかったです。 ただ、期間中が終わり普段の様子になったらどうなんだろうな？ 一本道を西に向かうと明らかに雰囲気が変わります。 治安に対する不安は拭えそうにないです。

バスタブもあったし、なかなか快適に過ごしました。 ただ朝食

バスタブもあったし、なかなか快適に過ごしました。 ただ朝食が肉食ばかりで、サラダなどが無かったのが少し残念でした。 でも気に入りましたよ。
