Nice place, could be better
Place is luxurious, but then they nickel and dime guests for extras, Internet, gym, and other services.

What a view!
The "hotel" was situated across from "The One and Only" and was a loft, offering a bedroom separate from the kitchen and living space. I had a private balcony overlooking a manmade canal and in the near distance, the waterfront and the ferris wheel, one of the main attractions. The only amenity lacking was a pool, but if you have a car, you have the option to drive into Camps Bay and use the pool at the beautiful Bay Hotel, well worth the scenic drive. What a find!

Great Cape Town location
Great location and nice apartments. Good view of Table Mountain and an easy walk to the Waterfront for shopping and restaurants.They need to improve management. They did not have our booking, even though we pre-paid through [...] six weeks before our arrival. This issue was still unresolved after our 3 day stay. The staff gave us wrong information on food delivery and we asked 3 times before a baby crib was removed from our apartment. Reception forgot to give us one of our carry on bags that they held for us after check out, but reception delivered it to us in time for our flight after we noticed it missing at the airport.Overall, I would recommend the Waterfront Village in the hopes that some of the logistical issues will resolve as they gain more experience with international travellers.

For those spending a few days, there is a Pick and Pay grocery store in the Waterfront shopping mall where you can get food to cook in your apartment.Cape Town Travel offers good excursions and the guides are very informative and friendly.
