Great Location and Staff.
Breakfast buffet is a 9 out of ten points which means it's very good. Staff cannot do enough for guest. My baggage was lost on United Airlines from Seattle to Cape Town and the staff helped me make all the phone calls and kept on top of the situation. Room was very large with great views of Table Mountain. I was in Cape Town two months ago and made the mistake of staying at the Strand Towers where the food was horrible and there were two or three broken things in the room.

Great location in CPT city center
Great location near various CPT sights and markets in the city center. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped though a little dated. Breakfast buffet was top-notch so definitely no complaints there. However overall service was somewhat uneven. E.g. some of the front desks receptionists were indifferent in their attitude. Also our pre-arranged airport pickup was MIA though the concierge was apologetic and tried to make it up to us to the rest of our stay. All in all a good value but some areas could use improvement.
