The hotel occupies a unique combination of three refurbished historical buildings (built in 1903) and an eleven storey tower.

Great City Hotel
The location was perfect for exploring the city centre - a 5 minute walk from Long Street and a stone's throw from the beautiful Company's Gardens. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant right next to a large tropical fish tank which was a nice touch.

Nice hotel
Our second stay. Good, but first was better. The staff seemed more vibrant and friendly then. Maybe because it was winter, the hotel just had a dead atmosphere about it.... Love the kitchen area and super large rooms, it's like being in a studio apartment. They need to do repairs in a more timely fashion. This was our second time in this particular room, but the problems we had earlier with the bathroom had not been fixed.

Great comfort and excellent location
This hotel worked out perfect for us it was comfortable and in a great location.Nice friendly staff very helpful.

You must do the Capetown bus tour Red bus see all the sights and hear the history of the city also great for getting to the cable car going up to Table mountain.

nice place for your money
we ended up staying in three different rooms so got a good overview of their facilities. spacious rooms, pretty clean, decent breakfast. the staff was for me the best sell, so welcoming and accommodating. only big disappointment was that the junior suite said "king" bed, but it was actually twin beds put together...not the same thing. the nicest luxury suite was loft-style, practically a full apartment. right by long street, company's gardens, greenmarket square, 15 minutes from waterfront, taxis parked in front, and myciti bus accessible. overall i loved it.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel. Was very easy to get in and out of with a rental car...very convenient. Centrally located in the City Bowl. Great room, great staff, and a good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

great location
The staff at the Adderly are very kind, welcoming and attentive. The concierge was very helpful and greeted us warmly at all times. We felt that we were taken care of very well.

Tres bonne adresse au coeur du Cap
Petit hotel tres bien situe a 200 metres de Greenmarket Square et des restaurants et boutiques de Long street, 100 metres des Company Gardens. Notre Suite Junior etait tres spacieuse, propre et bien equipee. Personnel tres sympathique. Le garage attenant avec acces direct est tres pratique. Petit dejeuner buffet tres correct, mais ressources restaurant et ber un peu limitees. Rapport qualite / prix excellent.
