Grand Case Beach Club

Grand Case Beach Club is a short walk to numerous fabulous restaurants in Grand Case proper. Close enough to walk and far enough to avoid noise and crowds. Beach was small but more than sufficient area to enjoy sitting out in sun or shade with bar close by. Room was updated with top end features.

Located on beautiful Grande Case Bay this small unpretentious getaway spot has a lot going for itself. It is affordable, has beautifully maintained grounds, spotless rooms, and a staff that can't do enough for you. It is in easy walking distance to the great restaurants of Grande Case. For those who prefer to stay put the on-site Sunset Café serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This was our 6th visit to Grand Case Beach Club and it continues to satisfy in all dimensions. Of special note would be the great performance of the Sunset Cafe on the hotel property. They provide cooking, ambience, and variety equal or better than the restaurants on Grand Case Blvd yet at a lower price and better convenience. The water sports desk is also outstanding in terms of what they provide. The Managing Director's "mixer" on Thursdays shouldn't be missed #free for guests, with hot and cold appetizers, wine and beer#. We met a guest who has been back 36 times, and another who has been back 30 times! We actually like the "garden view" rooms better than the ocean view rooms...garden view is offered on the booked package and free WiFi service is great. I read two on-line newspapers and drank my tea overlooking the ships of the #major beer trademarked# Regatta only a mile from my beach chair on Sunday morning - once a year, check dates.

This was my second visit to St. Martin in the last two years and we stayed at the Grand Case Beach Club both times. The hotel is located in a Quiet almost secluded corner of Grand Case with lovely views of the sea and the town. Every evening we had beautiful sunsets with golden light shinning off the sea and on to the town and the hills in the background. The hotel is and easy walk to the center of town where you will be exposed to Variety of local eateries and gourmet restaurants, small shops and art galleries. The hotel is relatively small, clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a resort with multiple activities, this is not the place for you. Besides it's own private beach and a public beach directly adjacent to it, the hotel offers few amenities besides complimentary kayaking and sun boat sailing. There is an on Premises activity center for water activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling etc. but these are additional to your daily rate. Access to their fitness room is $ 5 per day. On the downside, Grand Case and the hotel appear to be losing their beaches to beach erosion. The photos that you see on it's web site will greet you unfortunately.

What a great Hotel and location. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The view was amazing. You got to see the wonderful city of Grand Case on one side and the sea on the other. The view from our 3rd floor room was amazing. We sometimes just sat on the balcony and enjoyed the time. The hotel was a short walk into the city where we found the most amazing food we have ever eaten. My wife and I gained weight on this vacation. Wonderful.

This hotel is secure, quiet and has amazing views. I'd definitely opt for an ocean view and ask for the first floor when you arrive. Walk to the best restaurants in st. Maarten. The only thing I would change is that the included continental breakfast was weak. I'd definitely stay there next time we go.

Very Good location for day or 2. Turned out to be tougher to find than expected considering size of island. Plenty of rooms but I believe if they were all full most amenities would be overcrowded. Also not great for kids. What it did have is a great view,extra nice size room and a great shaded hammock and chair area. Perfect for relaxing.

We were able to spend only one night at this great hotel, which was unfortunate because we would have definitely enjoyed more time there. Breathtaking views, very accommodating, modern amenities, great location with being able to walk down to Grand Case for some great eats.... Would definitely recommend and would visit again. A free bottle of wine waiting for you in your room when you arrive.... awesome.

My daughter and I stayed at the Grand Case Beach Club for a week. The place was gorgeous. The staff at the Sunset Cafe(the on-site restaurant)were great. Especially Sandra, Joss, Philippe, Sabrina, Judith, Cedric. They made us feel at home. We got a free room upgrade that was a wonderful surprise. The view was beautiful. Really can't complain about the resort at all. The rooms and grounds were meticulous and in a perfect location for relaxation.

We’ve been staying in Grand Case at least once a year for the past three years. It is a perfect spot for a family vacation. Everything is so close, when you step out of the room you are practically on the beach. The beach is beautiful and surrounded by hills. The water is clear and fairly calm. The Sunset Café is great and there are plenty of options for lunch and dinner. The service is impeccable.
