Room
Room was over furnished, they had a table &2 chairs, you could notpull the chairs out to sit, not enough room. We had problems with the A/C took 5 trips by workers to get it right. Food in the main resturant was just ok, and over priced.

Not All Suites
You get a small as in small one room with no microwave or refrigerator. If you want a refrigerator it's available at $10 per day. The food is barely OK. Want an umbrella on the beach, get there by 6:30 - 7:00 AM. Their grocery prices and bottles of liquor are very hi. If you still want to go don't sign up for a snorkel tour unless you like looking at sand.

Phillipsburg has good shopping and restaurants. $10 for taxi for 2 from Divi. Marigot (French capital) is so so.

Paradise!
Our room was beautiful with magnificent views of Little Bay. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. Darlene was very, very, friendly and Veronica was happy to get us everything we needed. The location was perfect and easy to get to. We would go again to Divi! - Rasta Frank and Wanda

Love St. Martin
The resort was very nice and I'd stay there again. The hotel statement "all suites" is not accurate though as we had a regular 2 queen bed room. Nice furnishings and remodeled bathroom. Free or cheaper WiFi would be good change. Very nice beach, though narrow when the tide is high. We did walk both directions to philipsburg one day, though after hours of shopping, a taxi drive back is nicer.

Lovely experience
The Divi was just fine...lovely accommodations, amenities and location. Our only suggestion would be that since many of the rooms are on the third floor, without an elevator, that the guest be advised of this at reservation so that they could request a first or second floor accommodation, due to age or disability. Climbing three flights is tough when you're elderly! Other than that, it was terrific.

Nice Place in St Marteen
The room was nice, would prefer one King bed instead of 2 Queen beds. The sliding glass door opened up to a small patio overlooking the beach and Little Bay, very nice.

Better to skip this one.
As much as I love the beach, I would return back to the desert before staying at this hotel again. Nice amenities, but service and management needs to be fixed or completely overhauled. Over 5 hours to obtain my room, with what appeared to be the prevous occupants bloody sheets. The worst hotel experience in years, that includes traveling throughout numerous third world countries. Simply a terrible experience.

Love Warm Water
LittleDivi Hotel room
We did arrive ahead of check-in time, and they did try to accommodate us - but actually didn't achieve any thing ther. The maid also 'greased' room floor with something that she said would dry in a few minutes but took overnight to dry - really made it a skating rink. Room was small and beds 'hammocky'. Really unsatisfactory room.Outside of room, beach and cafe on beach were superb. Enjoyed both a lot.
