Very convenient for transit use at the Singapore Changi airport

This hotel is relatively convenient to the Singaport Changi airport and therefore convenient for those in transit use. There is a hotel shuttle every hour (don't show up late or you could miss out on a seat) although I couldn't find where to find it at the airport). The rooms are basic but nice and the restaurant is pleasant and the food good. I didn't get to try the bar but it looked nice as well. This is also a good value, especially given the alternatives. I recommend it if you need a hotel close to the airport.

Less than 24 hour stay

This was a quick stop for me as I was flying out the next morning. The hotel lobby area as well as the room has a modern feel. Be warned, the bathroom has a glass separating part of the shower and the actual bedroom. Good thing there was a shade to pull down over the glass or it would've been awkward with my cousin in the room! You have to pay for the internet (about $14) and the cost is for ONE device (which was disappointing). Overall, I thought this was place was definitely worth the value.

I wanted to stay at this hotel on my last night because of the proximity to the airport. Although this place was close to the airport distance wise, it still took about 15 minutes to get there because of how the roads are. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport that runs every hour. Also, there are a few restaurants on site as well as quite a few food places/bars a short walk away. I would not recommend going to the Wine cafe located on site.

Changi Village Hotel

This is the best place for an over night when you have a very early flight out of the Singapore Airport. There a small outdoor restaurants next door, a small 7-11 in the hotel and and nice Japanese Sushi restaurant in the hotel. There is a courtesy van that runs every half hour to & from the airport starting at 5 am.

Manay small outdoor restaurants next door with a variety of menus. This is a low key affair. The Japanese Sushi Restaurant is good in the hotel.

Great value......especially if you upgrade for the club level. Great if you need to be close to the Loyang industrial area, and the nearby food courts are great !

Changi Village Hotel, AJB

This is the best hotel near Singapore Airport for a reasonable price. I have stayed here twice. It is consistent quality with excellent staff. They have a free bus to & from the airport. There are nice outdoor restaurants within a block of the hotel.

This is a hotel close to the airpot but not in the flight line. It is quiet and has good quality food & service. The rooms are average size. The 29 bus to Tampines MRT station costs 1.6 Sing dollars. Pay on the bus. The bus does a circle from Changi Village to Tampines MRT.

Clean rooms but surly staff

The hotel room was clean and appropriately stocked. We stayed here for 2 days 1 night and had no problems with the room. The front desk staff, however, is a different story. Couple of female front-desk receptionists were surly and unhelpful. When called for the free shuttle from Changi Airport, the front desk advised that the shuttle will be "at the airport in 15 minutes." When inquired within the airport at the Ground transportation desk, the much friendlier staff at ground transportation checked with the driver over the radio and advised that the shuttle won't be at the airport for at least another 30 minutes. Needless to say, we took a taxi instead. It would've been nice if the front desk folks had been courteous and honest. Besides the staff at the front desk, the overall stay was pleasurable. Really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and pool. Not many people there, so it was a quiet and beautiful retreat.

Good local food options within walking distance. Barring the cleanliness (or lack thereof) issues, the local food was excellent.
